SUP Yoga Sundays <3 

Q: What could be better than a day on the lake with your toes in the water while you’re soaking up some sun!?  A: Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga with your favorite Yoga instructor and friends!  

Join the combined forces of Black Hills Recreational Therapy and Sol Yoga Collective for an afternoon of fun in the sun, a structured SUP Yoga class with a certified Sol Yoga instructor, and freedom to roam the waters with your paddle and board.  This is a community event open to all levels.  Register to bring your own board and join us or rent our equipment and simply show up at the lake and we’ll have everything you need ready for you at the lake!  

No Yoga experience or Paddleboard experience necessary

We will have Rec Therapy Paddleboard guides available to get you comfortable on your board while we gather as a group for our epic SUP Yoga experience.  Although most yoga poses and sequences can be accomplished while atop your board, you might get giddy and make a splash! (Or get splashed!), so be prepared to get wet and have a wild time!  (This can also be a super-chill experience, as it’s really whatever you want, but we know you'll want to be there!)  ;)  Following the Yoga Flow, You will have free time to explore the waters as you wish with your SUP.

SUP Yoga Sundays are scheduled the 4th Sunday of each summer month from 1 to 3ish pm and convene at the Jenney Gulch Picnic Area at Pactola Lake.
